My LER zooms also have 8mm (Vixen LV, Pentax XL both 8-24, and Svbony 7-21). I do not know if the APM SZ has long enough eye relief. 6mm, I too have a Vixen LV, but have enough 12mm to 2x Barlow also. Shorty Barlows do not make an eyepiece too awkward.

Either of the Black Rose Dragons, F.A. Dawn Dragster, Clear Wing Synchro Dragon, Cyberse Quantum Dragon for some nice non-destruction non-targeting removal, PSY-Framelord Zeta, or even Odd-Eyes Meteorbust Dragon are all semi-decent to good options. Dragster's probably your best option though.
